This started out with me just wanting to sketch a lace dress and then poof levitating witch making either the sickest pumpkin pie you’ve ever eaten or some poisonous concoction. Or both.
Anonymous asked: Hi there. The newest episode of Steven Universe has put in perspective what some gems are treated on Home world. What do you think about the episode?
I think we figured out that pearls were a subclass of a gems by now, so I wasn’t terribly surprised. Our Pearl obviously belonged to Rose Quartz, but after seeing how individuality was the striking point of earth, she didn’t want Pearl to be her ‘servant’ or ‘accessory’ anymore.
Though my favorite line in the entire episode was Garnet saying ‘Welcome to Earth’. Things don’t work here at all like they do on homeworld.
