Do you think Max is near sighted or far sighted? I figure far-sighted as in the skin arts he squints when looking at things close to him except in the William Carter art, and when he's looking far his eyes are wide and very not squinty. I'm rambling but also Max only looks so intimidating half the time because he is Always Squinting.

I imagine the Throne fixed his vision among other things and he can probably see fine but he just….is always in a state of reluctance and ire.
Maxwell dump (with a few Charlies)
I never draw Maxwell the same way twice. It’s a problem, but to be fair, even in the source material he varies a lot. It’s just a matter of finding appealing proportions, but I can’t decide what those are. I also kind of cheat by giving him loose “sclera” around his dot eyes.
