Axel is just my ultimate fave, if you don’t count Sora and Riku as givens.

Axel is my fav because of good combination of positive and flawed characteristics. He’s loyal to his friends but also selfish at times. He’s a hero in the greater sense, but goes about things in a less than heroic manner. He deals with having Isa, his once best friend, give into darkness and become cold towards him, no longer the friend he knew him as a Somebody. He also comes to terms with Roxas and (though he doesn’t remember) Xion having to go back to Sora (Though I get the strong feeling that in the end of this story, Roxas and Xion will get their own bodies, or at the very least, Roxas will) He goes through good development with having to give up his friends for the greater good, for Sora, and in turn, befriends Sora, who embodies both of his lost friends.

I’m super excited to see more of him in KH3, especially since I hope they give him a new outfit. I imagine he’d want to get out of the organization coat when they finally had some down time. Out with the old, in with the new, right?

Riku has insanely good character developement from giving in to darkness to then come out from it and be so humble and trying his best to atone for his mistakes, though not moping about it. He accepts his mistakes and moves on from them. He’s no Batman or FF7 Vincent. He cares about his friends and wants to protect them at all costs. He’s come a long way and it’s great to see his timeline with him becoming a better person. Not so arrogant and whatnot anymore.

Sora is one of the kindest protagonists I’ve ever seen. I adore happy innocent characters like that and Sora’s whole plot revolves around him being so accepting of all who he meets. It’s the reason that he’s the one who will set things right again. Not because he’s the most powerful or has a special power or is “the chosen one”. No. He’s just so kind and loving and gathers his strength from his friends. It’s incredibly uplifting and gives you a smile in this whole story that has a lot of sadness to it.

My LEAST favorite Org member? I think I share it with a lot of folks - Larxene. She was just so sour and was mean to Namine ;w;

And as for favorite world, that’s a tricky one. Though I really loved the Fantasia World in Dream Drop Distance because of the music.
