Also only recently realized that Lady Sneasler is an alpha pokemon

Considering how the player character drops from the sky and immediately becomes the best trainer around, I think it’s really funny if Ingo had a similar experience.

I remembered the Pokemon anime showing/talking about Sneasel’s claws being retractable and turns out I WASN’T misremembering! They’re supposed to be retractable though it seems like one of those Pokemon facts that’s largely been dismissed

….tbf they look weird WITHOUT the claws, so maybe it’s for the best
